Rodo Padilla Female Sculpture

Rodo Padilla is a Mexican artist well known for his sculptural figures. Here is a woman holding a basket of flowers that was broken in transport after a honeymoon trip to Mexico where the piece was purchased. All is well now after restoration and the marriage is still intact. Whew!
Restoring a Fairyland Vase

The Fairyland vase was restored to an invisible state after the client received it broken in multiple pieces. The vase not only is a valuable piece, but also has sentimental value to the client.
Wylie Coyote

Wylie Coyote is a sentimental piece owned by a client who has had him since childhood. Understandably, the client was heartbroken when Wylie was damaged to such an extent. He was irreplaceable and a perfect candidate for invisible restoration. Wylie now sits protected under a glass dome.

Broken pottery restoration

Broken handle on Joseph Rushton Collection

The following photos show part of a collection of East Texas stoneware.

Included are pieces made by a well known potter named Joseph Rushton approximately during 1870-1900. Due to the clay source, they were made in Brockfield, which is in Rusk county Texas. Some pots will have missing handles and benefit from an invisible restoration as you can see from the photos. Although full invisible restoration is available for chips as well, most will leave a chip or two for character so as to not take away from what the piece has been through.
